To begin participating in the Fit Pal Program, submit your class using the following form. Please let us know if you have requests for your match. Once you submit your information, we will begin finding an appropriate match to your classroom (we will do our best to take all requests into consideration).

When we find a match we will email you with your new Fit Pal's information, including Grade, Location, Teacher Contact and the Teacher's email address.

Together, you and your Fit Pal can decide how best to use your connection.
