- Carbohydrates provide the body with energy to keep it going all day long.
- The B Vitamins are the super group.
- Vitamin K is found in cabbage, cauliflower and green leafy vegetables.
- Oranges and tomatoes are rich in Vitamin C.
- Candy and chocolate bars are special treats, not everyday food.
